ATOMERP / BUSINESS PLATFORM

Different needs.
One connected platform.

AtomERP organizes key business functions through connected modules. Sales, purchasing, inventory operations, finance and accounting form part of a broader operational workflow. The value of an ERP approach lies not only in individual features, but also in the ability to follow information and documents across related processes.

How documents connect workflows

  • Trading: a sales example follows quotation → order → delivery → invoice; a purchasing example follows supplier order → goods receipt → purchase invoice → financial records.
  • Digital sales: B2B or online store with sales and inventory.
  • Hospitality: a separate restaurant or hotel solution.

These illustrative workflows help explain the document sequence. They do not confirm automatic document conversion, ready-made packages, prices or mandatory technical dependencies.

Questions about products.
Can each product be purchased separately?

Modular sales are the planned model. Standalone use and dependencies will be determined in the final software structure.

Are the combinations above ready-made packages?

No. They are examples for exploring needs. Final packages, contents and pricing remain to be agreed.

Where does e-invoicing fit?

E-invoicing will be a visible part of the offering. Whether included in certain products or offered as an add-on will be decided with the packages.

How do I know what my company needs?

Start with your industry and processes. Discussion and demonstration will help define the required scope.

Which areas does your business need?

Show us how documents move between teams and which records you maintain. We will compare your workflow with documented AtomERP areas and clarify the scope and questions to explore in a demonstration.
