B2B and online store

Business system integration involves coordinating how different applications exchange and use information. When considering a connection with AtomERP, the starting point is to identify data sources, required information, available interfaces and the rules governing data exchange.
When the same information is maintained in separate applications, repeated entry and reconciliation require additional work. Exchange planning starts with a specific need. Scope, responsibilities and technical feasibility are reviewed for each project; this page does not confirm a ready-made connector to any particular system.

Payment provider options are checked against the project and agreements.
View solutionThe first step is to check whether the systems provide suitable interfaces and which data is available through them. A possible exchange method is assessed against the documentation and the specific requirement.
View solutionList the applications and records that need to participate in the exchange. For each source, identify who maintains the data and what documentation or sample records are available.
Describe which information needs to move between systems and which side is the source for each data item. The required frequency is considered separately, based on interface capabilities.
Agree on fields, formats and identifiers used to recognize records. Define how missing, inconsistent or duplicate data will be checked.
Prepare sample records and expected results to check the proposed exchange. Agree who will verify the results and how observed issues will be recorded and reviewed.
For a discussion with Nanosoft, list the systems you use, the data to exchange and the business reason for connecting them. Available documentation helps assess feasibility without assuming ready-made integrations.
